This is a new brick and block built garage, built from 65mm heather facing bricks and 100mm dense concrete blocks. The roof is constructed of timber in a traditional fashion, and has grey double roman roof tiles.
We installed all electrics in the garage such as lighting and socket points.
A 4" concrete base with a 4" hardcore MOT type 2 was also compacted beneath, with a damp proof membrane installed also.
Project took 4 weeks to complete and was built in February 2012.
